Multi cook functionality
Pan fry from frozen on a medium heat for 11 minutes, turning occasionally.
Oven cook in a preheated oven to 180OC/Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
Grill – brush with a little oil and grill on a high heat on the upper shelf for 10 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
